More than thirty native oaks were planted around this 10-acre property to extend the native oak woodland of the Sonoma countryside into this peaceful and fun family compound.

The entry garden is filled with ornamental grasses and olive trees, and features a series of walls along a central path to create sculptural breaks. Throughout the property we incorporated many areas for play, swimming, and gathering, including a large fire pit. A fruit orchard and olive grove reflect the agrarian and cultivated landscapes of Sonoma County.
